Reiki Healing
In-person Reiki sessions:
Your Reiki session will be held in a relaxing and protected environment. You will lie down, fully clothed, on a massage table or sit in a chair if unable to lie down. Gentle hands will be placed on the body in specific areas or 3 to 6 inches from the body, depending on your preference. Different hand placements will occur throughout the Reiki session, depending on the goal and your comfort level. As a 4 times Traditional Usui and Crystal Trained and Certified Reiki Master, Elizabeth can enhance your Reiki experience with crystals to further aid in the healing process. All crystals used, if desired, will be explained before the Reiki session begins. During a Reiki session, most people feel warmth and some tingling. A few clients have reported cool sensations. All have reported that the session was relaxing and calmed the mind and body. 30-minute session $45 60-minute session $75 Distance Reiki sessions: You and Elizabeth will decide on a date and time in which the distance healing will take place; no physical contact is required. The only requirements are a current photo of the person receiving Reiki, full name, and birth date. While there are no other requirements for distance Reiki, it is recommended that you do something relaxing, and/or focus on opening yourself up fully to the incoming energy. The session will take approximately 35 minutes.
